Norbert is a dedicated German Butcher who is passionate about his meat products. He prides himself in producing the best quality products. 98% of the products are Gluten free. All the spices for the German products are imported from Germany. All our products are made the traditional way without the use of any fillers to gain weight. We sell only A-Grade meat, this INCLUDES our Biltong!
Charmaine is born in South Africa and grew up in KwaZulu Natal. She brings her experience in catering from working in the hotel owned by their family. She attended a German School so can speak german too. Her goal is to have high quality meals at affordable prices. Also to show the quality of the meat we sell. Each meal is freshly prepared and sometimes takes a bit of time to reach the table. Our aim is not to be a fast food outlet, but a high quality family Deli. We try hard to give of our best at all times.
Karel is in charge of the Wholesale division We supply butcheries, hotels, restaurants, wedding venues, country clubs, caterers and distributors, since 1975. He has been working for us since 2011.
Priscilla has worked with the company since 1990! She is passionate about her cooking and always has a friendly smile. Priscilla has been well trained in German Cuisine and we are proud to have her on our team.
The Kitchen staff were trained by Helga Kolmel, a qualified German Chef to guarantee German authenticity. We have an open kitchen and everyone can see how we cook, nothing is hidden away.
Our Blockmen/Woman, have a long history of work experience in the butchery industry. Goodman has been faithfully working with us since 2009, Alida since 2015 and Tinus since 2017. They are very eager to assist you at the meat counter. The meat and cold meats are cut to your specific requirements on an individual basis.
Our waiters are all keen to serve. They try their utmost to give the best service they can, even under pressure.
Otilia is our Cashier. A very pleasant, hard working, dedicated Christian. Always ready with a friendly greeting.
