Our Weisswurst (meaning “white sausage”) is a true Bavarian classic — soft, mild, and aromatic. Made from a blend of veal and pork, and delicately seasoned with parsley, lemon, and spices, it’s a sausage that represents the heart of traditional German cuisine.
Traditionally served mid-morning with pretzels, sweet mustard, and a cold beer, Weisswurst offers a light, velvety texture and a gentle, fragrant taste. It’s best prepared by gently heating (not boiling) to preserve its delicate flavour and smooth consistency.
